Fantastic Set of Blue Illustrations

Visiting showcase sites such as DeviantART, Behance, and others, it's great to see the great number of fantastic illustrations, from great artists. One thing I love to do, is to compare illustrations that are painted mainly with the same color. It makes an awesome set!

So I went looking for blue illustrations, and found some pretty good! Last year we had a really awesome set of posts after colors. We had the blue week, the red week, the black week and so on. I wonder if you guys would like to see that once more. It's a great way to focus in a certain method or style. How would you like it?

One of the things that I like most about web design is its results... yeap, I love to see great designed websites, and for sure we can find a bunch of those out there. Today we will show some beautiful blue layouts in web design. At this selection you will find a bit of everything: flash, html, drupal, etc.

As I'm looking around for some inspiration for my personal site (that I'm putting together) and I know that everybody loves to check out a good design, I decided to make this selection to show you. This has already became one of my favorite Abduzeedo series. While researching material for these posts, I always run into beautiful pieces of art... It began on yellow, then went through red, and now we're set on blue!

23 Inspiring Blue Logos

Having inspiration sources is one absolutely important step in the process of creating a logo. The most trends you manage to check out, the best! Since I'm developing a logo for a new company, and their color is blue, I started a research on some blue logos... here are some of them.

Logopond is a great logo inspiration source, besides that, if you submit your logo there, you get lots of feedback (really important). There, I found these blue logos, that got different trends within. I actually don't know what to do yet... maybe just text, maybe contrast between two shades of blue? Well, I gotta develop that, in the meanwhile, you guys should check these out, and don't forget to visit the best source for logo in the web: Logopond! Cheers! ;)

PS.: Any tips for me, people?

Web Design: Blue Layouts

Our web design series are doing great! Our last post had over 40 thousand visits! That's a obvious sign that you people are craving for more web design posts! So today, I bring to you only blue layouts.

From little guys to the BIG fish... this list has it all. There are plenty examples of html and some flash sites, but all very beautiful! My favorites are the Corona's and Pepsi's sites. And I hope you guys enjoy this selection! Cheers. ;)
